The following instructions are what to provide when requesting a commission. Providing visual reference is key to getting the commission done the way you want.

Once I have received the commission request, I will go over the details and reach out to commissioner for any further info/details before starting

When we have agreed on the details of the commission, I will then inform on schedule and completion time

The payment must be made in full before the commission is started

Will update commissioner with images of the commission throughout the process

All commission statuses can be checked on TRELLO or through a simple DM ([sumii_io on X/Twitter or Discord] please keep in mind that I may have other commissions in queue as well that I'm working on)

I will not always guarantee to do the commission but I will always respond to commission requests with current schedule and future openings

Most commissions will take around 1-2 weeks from when payment is received. This can change depending on how many other commissions are in queue or the complexity of the commission

Once a completion date is agreed on, I will start the commission after 48 hours of receiving payment (will notify as soon as starting sketch work). Any new character details/information given within that time period will not be subject to extra charges as long as it's within understandable reason

After a first draft sketch is submitted to the commissioner, you are able to make any modification necessary.

Once the sketch is approved, any other modification to commission is subject to extra charge (major changes can only be made within the sketch phase

Will send process images during each stage of commission (sketch, line art, flats etc.)

Can check TRELLO to see in what stage your commission is in

All payments are done through STRIPE or KO-FI. Stripe or ko-fi is used as there is no need for you to create an account.

If Stripe or ko-fi can not be used, then PAYPAL can be used as a final alternative

All payments are done in Euro (will provide currency conversion but payment will ultimately be done in Euro)

Will provide an invoice for payment. Name, email and address should be provided for taxation purposes only. Any personal information submitted will remain confidential.

Before commissioning me, please be sure you like what I do and you want art done by me (can see my art on X/Twitter)

I will only refund 100% of payment if I havent started the commission. There are no refunds for commissioned art at any stage of the process afterwards. Each piece is custom to each commission

I will draw the art in my own style (I won’t copy or replicate other artists' style). I am allowed to decline any commission request.

Timeline of completing the commission will vary depending on complexity of piece and if there are several other commissions in queue

All commissions are for personal use and not to be used commercially. This may vary depending on our agreement.

Using completed commission for generative NFT’s or AI learning is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Copying, tracing and heavily referencing

Reposting on personal social media/ website for monetary value

Purchasing a commission through me is all done digitally an no physical copy will be sent

There is a strict commissioner/artist privacy confidentiality. This means no personal information/contact details may be shared to a third party.

All payments are done through STRIPE or KO-FI since there is no need for personal information to have an account created (Paypal can only be used as a final alternative)

I retain all image copyrights to any commissioned artwork unless otherwise discussed
